Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Shipping Terms

At Bold Safety Company, we strive to keep our logistics as efficient and transparent as our manufacturing.

  • FOB Point: All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) Denver, Colorado. This means title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility.

  • Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flexible shipping options to meet the needs of our distributors:

1. Standard Carrier Shipping For standard orders, we utilize major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). Shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment. These costs will be added directly to your invoice.

2. Customer Shipping Accounts (Third-Party Billing) We are happy to accommodate distributors who prefer to use their own negotiated shipping rates.

  • If you wish to charge shipping to your own carrier account (UPS/FedEx/LTL), please provide your Carrier Name and Account Number at the time of the order.

  • Select "Bill Recipient" or "Third-Party" during checkout or note this in your purchase order.

  • Note: A small handling fee may apply for palletizing bulk orders, regardless of the shipping payer.

Freight & Bulk Orders

For palletized or LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments:

  • We can arrange freight on your behalf and add the cost to your invoice.

  • Alternatively, you may arrange your own freight pickup from our Denver facility. Please contact us at Admin@Bold-Safety.com to schedule a pickup window.

Damages & Discrepancies

Since shipments are FOB Denver, Bold Safety Company is not liable for damage or loss incurred during transit. However, we are committed to supporting our partners.

  • Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.

  • If goods arrive damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Notify us within 3 business days of receipt if there are any discrepancies in the item count or SKU accuracy.
