Returns & Warranty Policy

The Bold Promise

We build partnerships, not just transactions. We understand that inventory needs change and that you need to trust the products you sell. Our goal is to be the most reasonable partner in your supply chain, which is why we handle returns and warranties with a focus on fairness.

1. Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

Bold Safety Company warrants that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.

  • Coverage: This covers stitching failures, leather inconsistencies beyond natural variations, and construction defects.

  • Timeframe: We stand behind our manufacturing for 12 months from the date of invoice.

  • Remedy: Defective items will be replaced, repaired, or credited to your account at our discretion.

2. Standard Returns (Stock Adjustments)

If you need to return non-defective product (e.g., incorrect ordering or stock balancing), we are happy to accommodate.

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery without a restocking fee.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return freight to our Denver facility.

3. Exclusions & Limitations (The "Fair Play" Clause)

To maintain our quality standards and fair pricing, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Improper Storage & Environmental Damage: Leather is a natural material. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of environmental damage due to improper storage at the customer’s facility (e.g., mold, sun bleaching, stiffness due to water damage, or drying out).

  • Aged Inventory (>1 Year): Due to the natural shelf life of leather materials, we cannot accept returns or warranty claims on inventory that has been in your possession for more than 365 days, regardless of use.

  • Mishandling: Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or accident is not covered under warranty.

4. How to Request a Return

We don't believe in red tape. To start a return:

  1. Email Admin@Bold-Safety.com with your PO/Invoice number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. For warranty claims, please include a photo of the defect so we can improve our manufacturing.

  3. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to include with your shipment.

Bold Safety Company reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing credit. Returns received without an RMA or in unsellable condition may be returned to the sender at their expense.
